In spring 2025, we will open a unique exhibition in Iceland dedicated to the history of the Icelandic Sheepdog. This little-known yet ancient native breed is one of the country's most undervalued cultural treasures – and it deserves greater recognition. The exhibition is the result of two years of intensive research and the construction of a dedicated exhibition house. The exhibition features fascinating information in words and images about this exceptional Icelandic dog breed. With a bit of luck, you might also be personally greeted by our two Icelandic Sheepdogs, Sómi and Hraundís!
